Everything You Need to Know Before Installation
Aoleao provides a one-year free warranty for covered equipment, subject to the agreed contract terms. During the warranty period, if a covered quality issue occurs, we will provide repair support or replacement parts as applicable. After the warranty period, paid maintenance, spare-parts support, and upgrade services are also available.
Installation time depends on the project size, equipment configuration, site conditions, and installation method. As a general reference, a commercial indoor playground of around 500 square meters may require approximately 7–10 days when the site is ready and installation conditions are normal. Larger or more complex customized projects may require additional time. Aoleao will confirm a project-specific installation schedule before installation begins.
Before installation begins, the site should be cleared and ready for construction, with a flat and stable floor, sufficient working space, appropriate power supply, and site dimensions that match the confirmed design drawings. Access routes for unloading and moving equipment should also be available. If the venue has special structural or site conditions, these should be communicated in advance so the installation plan can be adjusted accordingly.
The required tools and equipment depend on the project and installation method. Standard installation tools are normally prepared by the installation team, while site-specific equipment such as forklifts, lifting equipment, scaffolding, or material-handling equipment may need to be arranged locally. Aoleao will confirm the required tools, equipment, and site preparations with the customer before installation begins.
Installation is carried out according to the confirmed drawings, equipment requirements, and applicable safety standards. Structural connections, fasteners, protective padding, equipment clearances, and key load-bearing areas are checked during installation. After assembly, the installation team performs final inspections and functional checks before the equipment is prepared for operation.
If the actual site conditions differ from the confirmed drawings, the installation team will first recheck the relevant dimensions and identify the cause of the difference. Aoleao will then communicate with the customer and determine whether the equipment layout, installation position, or certain components need to be adjusted. Any necessary changes will be confirmed before installation continues.
Yes. After installation, the equipment is checked and tested to confirm that the main components are operating as intended. Aoleao can also provide equipment operation and maintenance guidance so that the customer's staff understand daily use, routine inspection, cleaning, and basic maintenance requirements.
If a problem occurs after installation, contact Aoleao's after-sales team and provide photos, videos, and a description of the issue. Our team can first assist with remote troubleshooting by phone, video, or online communication. If replacement parts or additional technical support are required, we will recommend the appropriate solution based on the specific situation.
Yes. Customized equipment can be planned according to the actual dimensions and conditions of the venue. For smaller spaces, Aoleao can adjust the layout, equipment combination, circulation areas, and activity zones to make practical use of the available floor area while maintaining suitable space for operation and play.
